24 Karat Rose Co. has announced they will create a different gold dipped ornament for each holiday season. The gold dipped ornament for holiday 2009 is the Evergreen Spruce.
Bill Boyajian, the former President of the GIA, echoed that thought by emphasizing these two points at the RJO show:

Three years ago Jim Kryshak Jewelers in Wausau, Wisconsin, mailed 24K Rose's gold dipped mistletoe to 250 of their best customers right before Thanksgiving with a handwritten enclosure card that conveyed the message: "Thanks for being our loyal customer. With this enclosed gold dipped mistletoe, we'd kiss you if we could!"

The amazing result was that they had their best holiday season in 34 years.

After their success, Jim Kryshak Jewelers came back to 24K Rose and said, "That worked great! What can you do for us again next holiday?" In response, the company came up with the double holly ornament which went on to become a best seller.

Sales and demand rapidly shot up and 24K Rose realized the need to introduce a new gold dipped ornament each year. Now, jewelers' customers can anticipate a different gold dipped ornament for their loyalty at each holiday season. The gold dipped ornament for holiday 2009 is the Evergreen Spruce.
