Effective immediately, Richard's major focus will be working with the Unique management team on sales, marketing, strategic planning, and tactical implementation of Unique's ability to supply independent jewelers with Just-In-Time, state-of-the-art service.
As a veteran of sales and marketing to retailers worldwide, Richard will recommend that jewelers initiate best practices to brand themselves, to increase sales without substantial increases in inventory, and to focus on KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) increased gross margin, inventory turn and cash flow.
Richard brings with him an impressive employment background. Holding various leadership roles with The Monet Group of New York, Hearts on Fire of Boston and Charles & Colvard of North Carolina, his cultivated expertise within the fine jewelry industry makes him the perfect addition to the Unique Settings team.
