(NEW YORK) – The JA Shows has announced they will be launching a new 2011 show in Chicago just in time for the holiday season. Set to take place on October 16-18, 2011 at the state-of-the-art Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, the new JA Special Delivery Chicago show is in the right place at the right time to reach new jewelry retailers in the heartland of America.
After reviewing extensive market research conducted by Nielsen Expositions, JA Special Delivery strategically chose the Midwest Market as its next destination. Survey results supported the new location and timing as it fulfills the unmet needs of both retailers and buyers in the region.
JA Special Delivery Chicago expects attendance to be high and ROIs to be even higher. According to the study, 80% of retailers in the Midwest Market stated that 4th quarter purchases are important for their holiday season. Respectively, 70% of these Midwest retailers rely on trade shows as a key source for new inventory. Thanks to the new JA Special Delivery Chicago show, sellers will now have the opportunity to move last minute inventory and buyers will get a chance to fill their showcases.
“JA Special Delivery has been the premier cash-and-carry holiday event for the past seven years. We are excited to bring the success of the JA New York Special Delivery show to Chicago and support end of year sales in a new region,” says Drew Lawsky, JA New York Show Group Director. “So far the response has been extremely positive from both exhibitors and attendees and we couldn’t be happier.”
There are countless benefits to the new JA Special Delivery Chicago show as it is centrally located near retailers from 25 of the country’s largest cities including Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Minneapolis and St. Paul. Only 13 miles from the Chicago/O’Hare airport, and just 32 miles from the Chicago/Midway airport, the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel will be convenient for industry professionals to access.
“Our Company has a long relationship with the JA Show; it has become an important part of our business model. We will be attending the JA Special Delivery Chicago show to continue supporting JA as they have supported our business for years. We are excited for the opportunity to tap into a different market and build a new client base,” says Jason Hakimi, Manager of A & P Afarin Co.
JA Special Delivery Chicago will bring together jewelry designers, retailers and manufacturers from all over the globe to the heartland of America. With a whole new city as its backdrop, JA Special Delivery Chicago 2011 is expected to end next year’s pre-holiday jewelry buying season on a high note.
