2010 Conclave focuses on revolutionary business practices

“We’re in a period of great economic change, and that change demands revolutionary new ways of doing business,” said Ruth Batson, Executive Director and CEO of the Society. “There are more tools at our disposal, and more outlets for communicating and building a brand. The old rules are giving way to new ones. Conclave is seizing the opportunity to make sure that our members are a vital part of this revolution.”
Once again, the 2010 Conclave will feature a two-day Supplier Gallery that allows American Gem Society suppliers to display their gems and jewelry in an elegant, secure setting. “As always, the Supplier Gallery is a unique opportunity for our industry’s best manufacturers to connect with our best retailers,” said Batson.
The Gallery will include the Society’s always-popular Fashion Show, which will feature models presenting top designs from the suppliers.
“Conclave is an opportunity to gather the Society’s community of members together for a few days and provide not only educational programs, but also the inspiration to conduct their businesses with renewed energy,” said Batson.
