Brad Huisken, president of IAS Training, industry columnist and frequent speaker at retail events around the world, has introduced fall dates for his Train the Trainer Course. This training seminar is exclusively for retail owners, managers, sales managers, and sales trainers.
The fall dates and locations are:
Sept 21 – 23, 2010
Oct 5 – 7, 2010
Oct 19 – 21, 2010
Oct 26 – 28, 2010
Nov 2 – 4, 2010
Now there are two ways to attend: Sales Training only on day one of the course and the full program when attending all three days. Now you can send your sales staff on day one for a reduced fee.
Mr. Huisken believes that the sales manager/trainer has the toughest job in the store. He or she has to do a great job of leading their staff in order to maximize every selling opportunity.
Huisken says, “I hear from retail store owners that I have trained my staff and they just aren’t doing it. This is specifically why I developed this course – to give the sales manager/trainer the tools, knowledge, experience, and confidence to go back to their store and really make a difference in producing positive results on the sales floor.”
Amber and Judy are doing a fantastic job and we have really aligned our expectations and responsibilities since they came back from your training - you are a genius. Yes, you can quote me on that :-)

A sales manager/trainers job is: “To provide the leadership, knowledge, training, incentives and consequences in order to recruit, hire, train, and maintain a successful staff.” This course gives the sales manager/trainer these tools.
Mr. Huisken stated, “This course will allow retail store owners, managers and sales trainers to give their staff the help that they need in order to maximize the productivity of individual salespeople along with maximizing the sales and profits of the store.”
