After a year of hard work and a continual focus on jewelry industry clients’ needs, Hyde & O’Dell Insurance Services, Inc. earned the distinction of being named among the 12 best performing insurance agencies representing Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company in 2011.

To make Jewelers Mutual’s 2011 top-12 list, Hyde & O’Dell met qualifying criteria at year’s end that included production and growth of business, retention of accounts and a loss ratio of 50% or below. The agency not only had to meet these stringent qualifying criteria, but also had to be ranked among the 12 most profitable of the qualifying agencies.
“It’s extremely gratifying to see our efforts pay off and to receive this recognition,” said David Hyde, principal at Hyde & O’Dell. Hyde, along with the other 11 agencies will receive the 2011 distinction in a summit with Jewelers Mutual officials. “We’re looking forward to comparing notes with members of our peer agencies to further explore tips, tools and techniques that breed success.”
