Shah Luxury hires new regional VP to capitalize on explosive growth

(NEW YORK) - Shah Luxury (formerly Shah Diamond of New York), a leading provider of fine jewelry and diamonds, has hired Rusty Luker as Regional Vice President of Sales.  Rusty’s main efforts will be focused in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Kansas.  Shah Luxury has been experiencing rapid growth nationwide and wanted to expand its presence in those states.

Schiffman’s Jewelers named the NC Family Business of the Year - Century category

(GREENSBORO, N.C.) - Schiffman’s Jewelers has been named the 2014 North Carolina Family Business of the Year in the Century Category by Wake Forest University Family Business Center and Business North Carolina. The venerable firm, which marked its 120th anniversary in Greensboro last year, was honored at the North Carolina Family Business of the Year awards celebration in Charlotte on May 8th.

Johnson wins Georgia Jewelers Design Competition

Marietta, GA jeweler Johnny Johnson has won the Best of Show category in the Georgia Jewelers Association annual Jewelry Design Contest. The Contest took place April 13th at the Callaway Garden Resort and Spa in Pine Mountain, GA during the association’s annual convention.
