Jewelers for Children (JFC), the industry’s charity, has announced a new cause marketing program for retail jewelers. Through a partnership with RAN Product Solutions and Maya Caroleena Jewelers, JFC now offers a professional gem and jewelry care kit that retailers can sell or give to their customers at point of purchase.The jewelry care kit contains everything a consumer needs to keep their jewelry in tip-top shape. A concentrated cleaning solution packet, along with a basket, brush and cleaning and polishing cloths come in each kit. The kits are available for purchase in cases of 140 units for $695. That’s just $4.97 each and includes a tax deductible $1.50 donation to JFC per unit, for a total of $210 in donations per case. Jewelers can utilize the Kit as an ice breaker to open dialogue with a customer or a potential customer, sell the kit for the suggested retail of $9.99, or simply give them away to customers making purchases.
