Mississippi Jewelers Association Convention to be held July 28-29

The Mississippi Jewelers Association (MJA) is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for Mississippi jewelers and vendors to network at their 2012 Convention to be held in Gulfport, MS July 28-29, under the leadership of Paula Patterson, president of MJA, and the MJA Board.

In order to help the economy of Mississippi and facilitate the discovery of just how wonderful Mississippi is, the MJA Board decided to hold their Conventions at different locations throughout the state. This also allows the Association to bring in new jewelers from different regions of the state.

On the agenda for 2012, Lynn Baldwin from The Edge Retail Academy will present seminars on issues dealing with inventory management. Not only are there opportunities to learn and network, but there will also be activities available to enjoy all that the Gulf Coast has to offer, including: a deep sea fishing trip, tour of the Walter Anderson Museum and Shearwater Pottery, great Gulf Coast food featuring three restaurants from the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives,” and of course the beautiful beaches.
