CounterSketch Studio completes beta launch

(LAFAYETTE, La.) – Due to demand beyond expectations in the newly released software system, Stuller and Gemvision Corporation have announced that all available 2009 licenses of CounterSketch Studio (CSS) have been filled.

CounterSketch Studio, a newly developed, three dimensional jewelry design platform, was launched in beta form to a limited number of retailers in November 2009.

“CounterSketch will revolutionize customization in the jewelry industry,” says CEO, founder and president Matthew Stuller. “We’re very excited by the overwhelming response we’ve received from our jewelers that have just completed the initial round of CounterSketch Studio training.”

The DTC Sightholder offered  “beta” seats for the software to retailers at its inaugural Owner’s Conference in July 2009. The beta launch phase is now completed, however, 500 additional licenses will be available in January 2010.

“Even in the developmental stages, we knew Countersketch Studio would be a success,” says Jeff High, president of Gemvision. “But, we had no idea demand would be so strong so quickly. Given the shortened learning curve for the design software, we must make certain that we maintain licensing within reasonable production levels for Stuller’s computer aided manufacturing (CAM) fulfillment services and Gemvision’s support.”
