(ANTWERP, Belgium) – The International Gemological Institute (IGI) has announced its worldwide website, www.igiworldwide.com, now includes a Spanish language option in addition to current English and Chinese offerings.

Spanish-speaking visitors to the site will now be able to access a wealth of educational resources through the IGI’s School of Gemology, as well as opportunities to register for online courses in their native language. In addition to these resources is information on the importance of certification, the 4Cs, buying with confidence, jewelry care tips and a glossary of commonly used fine jewelry terms.

Not only will the new language option benefit the Institute’s South American and European students and gem enthusiasts, but also Spanish Americans and large Spanish-speaking communities in countries around the world.

IGI, established in 1975, is the world’s largest independent grading laboratory, with offices and laboratories in 18 locations around the globe. IGI is an ISO accredited worldwide organization. For additional information, please visit www.igiworldwide.com.
