Once again this year, Kameleon Jewelry™ is announcing its Poppin’ for the Cure™ Campaign. Since starting business, Kameleon Jewelry has donated a portion of its proceeds from the sale of their Pink Ribbon JewelPops™ to the fight against breast cancer.
It is no surprise that sales of these JewelPops increase dramatically during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year there are a total of 5 styles of Pink Ribbon JewelPops™; including a new release featuring a stylized pink ribbon heart. In addition to the new JewelPop™ design, Kameleon Jewelry has also announced that their donation will be doubled this year for every JewelPop sold.
Kameleon Jewelry has also added to their donation amount by incorporating their Facebook page. In 2011, the company offered $1 for every new “like” their page received. Facebook fans helped out by inviting their friends and promoting the offer. Kameleon’s page received a record number of new “likes” for the month. Kameleon is expecting to use their Facebook page again this year to increase support for the cause.
Each October Kameleon retailers are encouraged to host in store events based on the campaign. Kameleon offers stores a preset package of JewelPops™ as well as a special Pink Ribbon JewelPop Compact case which can be offered as a gift with purchase.
The Poppin for the Cure campaign has made the months leading up to October very busy for Kameleon as more and more retailers take on the challenge to help in the fight against breast cancer.
