Lora Wright, owner of Southern Jewelers on Steele Street in downtown Sanford, has been named President of the North Carolina Jewelers Association for 2013-2015. Southern Jewelers, in the heart of Sanford, is an independently owned and operated business established in 1991.
Southern Jewelers has provided quality, value and service to its many friends and customers. They believe their customers are not outsiders to their business, but an integral part of it. Lora strives to keep up with fashions and trends, constantly attending educational seminars and shows. She has been in the business since she was sixteen years old. She has been a member of the North Carolina Jewelers Association for over twenty years and an officer for four years. Lora is involved with many local charities. “I like to give back to my community,” says Lora.
