This presentation will walk you through what should be in your documentation by going through real life scenarios and will give you case examples of what the employer did right and what the employer did wrong.
Dr. Linda Talley is back on Monday with her presentation designed for office staff, sales associates and bench jewelers on “Business Finesse: Dealing With Difficult Encounters in Retail!” Dealing with difficult situations is critical to your survival and growth, yet sometimes you are ready to throw in the towel.
