Sterlium® is a patented formulation specifically created, based on the demands of the silver jewelry industry for premium tarnish resistance and a snow-white color. This casting grain is formulated with the element Germanium and other additives, to provide excellent metal fluidity, greater surface hardness for luster and high metal re-usability. The “spring effect” provided by this metal helps in securing gemstones firmly in place and the whiteness of the metal enhances the brightness of the gemstone.
Sterlium® sterling silver casting grain is recommended to be used in automated or enclosed casting machines.
